You can book your tiffins in three ways. Either you can do it online on our fully functional e-commerce website or can drop us an email or give us a call.

You may subscribe for minimum of 5 days of tiffin service. We also have 10 days or 20 tiffins subscription plan.

No. One day tiffin trial is not possible as we have delivery tie-up constraints, and also a customer will not get a fair idea about the variety of food & taste in just a single day.

You can either book your tiffin online and make payment instantly via our integrated payment gateway through netbanking/ CreditCard/ Debit card.

No. We have an advance payment system for tiffin as well as dabbawala, so tiffin cannot be scheduled without making payment.

Yes, you can cancel the tiffin with prior intimation. For the next day cancellations, we accept it atleast a day before till 4.00 p.m. from Monday – Friday and till 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Any cancellation made beyond this scheduled time cannot be processed as it is beyond our office/operational hours.

After cancellation, the tiffin order will be carried forward for the next working day or as per customer’s desired schedule. You will receive a sms/email confirming the same.

Dabbawala Delivery charges are collected by Nasik Tiffin’s.

Usually the lunch tiffin gets delivered between 12.30 p.m.- 1.15 p.m. Dinner tiffin time is 7.00 p.m.- 9.00 p.m.  dabbawalas /Concierge services generally deliver the tiffins on time but under some unavoidable circumstances it may get late too.

Nasik Tiffin’s will give you the intimation of its holiday in advance via email or sms.

We can assure you that, we have the bests of hygiene practices in place, viz. kitchen is cleaned 4 times a day with quality disinfectants, all our employees wear gloves, caps and clean uniforms to avoid transmission of hair, nail, etc. in food. Apart from that we have annual contract of Pest control at our kitchen and therefore our kitchen is free from flies, rats, lizards, cockroaches, etc. Also, on regular basis, our food is sent to NABL accredited food labs for the food quality testing purposes.
